Subject: [PATCH] Text size setting for path bar + file list
 (Compact/Default/Large)

Segmented row in the options popover; applied via data-text on <html> driving
CSS variables (--list-font / --list-meta-font / --path-font), persisted in
settings.json like theme and speed unit.
