JokinandClaude Fable 5 76b9b621a2 P6: placeholder icon, README, packaged build verified 
- assets/icon.png (generated by scripts/make-icon.py) + icon.iconset
  (scripts/gen-iconset.sh); electrobun compiles it to AppIcon.icns
- branding.icon points at the iconset
- README: features, stack, dev/build, rebranding, plaintext-password warning,
  shortcuts, v1 scope
- verified: full production build (ng build + electrobun build) produces a
  launchable BunSCP.app that boots standalone from views://app

- SftpProvider (ssh2): password + key auth, keepalive, clean-dispose vs
  unexpected-close distinction, POSIX path helpers, s->ms attr normalization
- ConnectionStore: plain JSON at appDataDir, 0600, atomic writes, folders
- connect/disconnect + store CRUD handlers; sessionClosed push -> panels fall
  back to local and in-flight jobs fail
- UI: session dropdown per panel (local/saved connections/manage), disconnect
  button, connection manager modal (folders, edit form, save/connect)
- electrobun bundler: external cpu-features/*.node (ssh2 optional natives)
- RpcService: gate requests on RPC socket open; defer initial panel loads past
  first render
- verified against 192.168.10.122: full op matrix, upload/download/remote-remote
  recursive transfers, roundtrip integrity, recursive remote delete, store CRUD

JokinandClaude Fable 5 88af44acfc P3: transfer engine with queue, progress, cancel + transfer bar UI 
- TransferEngine: FIFO queue, provider-generic stream pipeline (covers all four
  panel combos), throttled transferUpdate push, cancel via stream destroy,
  self-copy guards, failSession hook for dead SSH sessions
- TransfersService + TransferBar: per-job rows, progress bars, cancel/dismiss,
  auto-dismiss completed, dst panel refresh
- F5 + Copy button wired to active-panel selection
- verified: 30MB nested tree copy (UTF-8 names, empty dirs), self-copy rejection,
  mid-transfer cancel leaving partial file

- prompt/confirm/chmod dialogs (signals-driven via DialogsService)
- FileActionsService: acts on selection or cursor row of the active panel
- function bar + F2/F7/F8/Delete keys; delete confirms and recurses
- verified provider ops + walkTree + removeRecursive on a scratch tree

- shared/types + shared/rpc: full wire contract (Result envelope, no exceptions cross the bridge)
- FileSystemProvider interface, LocalProvider, SessionRegistry with built-in 'local'
- walk.ts: provider-generic recursive walk + removeRecursive
- rpc-handlers wired into BrowserWindow; 10min request timeout for slow SFTP ops
- Angular: RpcService (Electroview bridge + plain-browser guard), PanelsService with
  signals-based PanelState (sort/cursor/selection), FilePanel component with
  keyboard nav (arrows/Space/Enter/Backspace/Tab), path bar, toasts
- verified: both panels listDir home over the bridge in the running app

JokinandClaude Fable 5 8092cb0c08 P0: Electrobun + Angular 22 + Tailwind skeleton boots under Bun 
- Electrobun 1.18 shell with branding in src/shared/branding.ts
- Angular 22 zoneless UI in ui/ (workspace), Tailwind v4 shadcn-style tokens
- ng-icons/mynaui icon registry
- Node-version shim so Angular CLI runs under Bun without Node installed
- ssh2 SFTP verified working under Bun against test box
